I. Overview

This product is a collection of pressure measurement, display, output, control in one of the intelligent digital pressure measurement and control products. The product is an all-electronic structure, the front end adopts an oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with isolation film or A ceramic piezoresistive sensor, the output signal is amplified by a high-precision, low-temperature drift amplifier, and is sent to A high-precision A/D converter, which is converted into a digital signal that can be processed by a microprocessor, and the signal is controlled by two switches through operational processing to measure and control the pressure of the control system. The product is flexible, easy to operate, easy to debug, safe and reliable. Widely used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical, machinery, hydraulic and other industries, to measure and control the pressure of the fluid medium.

4.1 Mechanical connection:

This product can be installed directly on the hydraulic line through the pressure pipe joint (DIN3582 external thread M20*1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical applications, such as severe vibration or shock, the pressure pipe joint can be mechanically decoupled by a miniature hose.

4.2 Electrical Connection:

In order to prevent the impact of electromagnetic interference should pay attention to the following matters:

● Using shielded wire, if installed with a miniature hose, the housing must be grounded separately

● Try to avoid direct access to user devices or electrical and electronic wiring that cause interference

6.1 Switching output
This switch has 1-2 switching outputs. Each switch output can be set with one pressure switch point and one opening delay value.
The corresponding output will switch when the suction value of the switch point reaches and return when the pressure drops below the release value.
6.2 Setting Switch Points
AL1H This value is the pull-in value of switch 1 (when the pressure reaches this point, the indicator light is on)
AL1L This value is the release value of switch 1 (when the pressure reaches this point, it is disconnected and the indicator light is off)
AL1D This value is the delay of switch 1 action (the number of seconds that must be waited before switching)
AL2H This value is the pull-in value of switch 2 (when the pressure reaches this point, the indicator light is on)
AL2L This value is the release value of switch 2 (when the pressure reaches this point, it is disconnected and the indicator light is off)
AL2D This value is the delay of switch 2 action (the number of seconds that must be waited before switching)
